ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESSING

All orders placed on Kissypink.com are subject to availability and our acceptance. Once an order is placed, users must provide accurate and complete information for customization and delivery purposes. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun. We aim to process orders within 1–4 business days depending on the nature of the product, but these timelines are indicative and may be extended due to factors such as customization requirements or third-party logistics delays.

DELIVERY MODES: PERSONAL VS. ANONYMOUS

Kissypink.com uniquely allows users to send gifts and letters through two delivery modes:

(a) Personal Delivery: When selected, your name and optionally a message will be included in the delivery packaging or letter. The receiver will know the sender's identity.

(b) Anonymous Delivery: When this option is chosen, no name, address, or identity details will be revealed to the recipient. Anonymous deliveries are strictly confidential and irreversible once the order is placed. Even upon request, the sender’s identity will not be disclosed by us under any circumstances. To maintain fairness, emotional safety, and prevent misuse of the anonymous delivery feature, Kissypink.com limits the use of this service to one anonymous delivery per recipient (person or address) within a 30-day period. This restriction applies regardless of the sender’s account or identity. In addition, all anonymous orders are subject to a mandatory two-step verification process conducted by our Dedicated Kissypink Team. This internal review ensures the content, frequency, and intention of the anonymous message meet our ethical and safety standards. Only after successful verification will the order be processed and dispatched. Kissypink.com reserves the right to reject any anonymous order that appears to violate this policy, 

DISCLOSURE OF SENDER IDENTITY IN ANONYMOUS DELIVERIES

We will never reveal sender details to the recipient or any third party unless legally compelled by a court of law, law enforcement, or other authorized government entity as per the laws of India.

SELF-ORDERS AND FUTURE GIFTING

Kissypink.com allows users to place orders for themselves with the intention of gifting them to someone personally at a later time. This includes personalized letters, romantic messages, printed products, or gifts delivered to the user’s own address or email.

These orders are treated as regular purchases and fall under our standard terms of use. Kissypink.com shall not be responsible for how the gift is later presented, interpreted, or reacted to by the intended recipient, especially if delivered personally by the sender outside of our delivery framework.

By using this service for self-orders or delayed personal gifting, the user accepts full responsibility for ensuring the gift is given respectfully, consensually, and without causing harm. Misuse of the product, including using it to emotionally manipulate, threaten, or pressure someone, is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension or legal action if reported.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Digital products such as downloadable love stories, printables, and date guides are delivered via email or made accessible through your Kissypink.com account. These products are strictly for personal use and cannot be copied, redistributed, or resold. Subscription services, where applicable, will automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for digital content once it has been delivered.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Due to the personalized and romantic nature of our products, most items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing or processing defect. Digital products and services once delivered are non-refundable. Physical products are only eligible for replacement or refund in cases of damage during transit or incorrect customization. Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of KissyPink.com management and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

PAYMENT AND PRICING POLICY
