DELIVERY SERVICE AREAS

We currently deliver physical products—including personalized gifts, flowers, accessories, – across most pin codes in India. Availability may vary based on courier partner reach and product type. Some remote areas may have limited service.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

1. Standard Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, while remote or rural areas may take longer.

2. Express Delivery (If Available): Select products or pin codes may qualify for express delivery within 1–3 business days. Extra charges may apply.

3. Order Processing Time: Orders with personalization may take up to 24–48 hours to process before dispatch. Processing times may extend during peak seasons.

ANONYMOUS DELIVERY TERMS

For orders marked as "Anonymous Delivery":

The recipient will not see the sender’s name or contact details on the package.

Anonymous delivery is limited to 1 order per recipient or address within a 30-day period.

All anonymous orders undergo a two-step verification by our internal Kissypink Team to ensure compliance with our platform rules and emotional safety policies.

Anonymous deliveries are dispatched only after verification. In rare cases, delivery time may be extended due to this safety check.

We use discreet and secure packaging to protect the contents of your order. For anonymous or surprise gifts, no branding or revealing details
