Refund & Cancellation

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed on Kissypink.com may be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged. By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed below.
GENERAL POLICY
Due to the highly personalized and emotional nature of our services—including customized letters, romantic gifts, digital content, and anonymous deliveries—all orders are treated with utmost care. Most of our products are made uniquely for each user. Hence, we request all customers to double-check their order details before making a payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hour of placement, provided customization, printing, or dispatching has not yet started. After this time frame, the order becomes non-cancellable.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately through email at help@kissypink.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9452177796 with your Order ID, full name, and cancellation reason.

Orders already marked as "In Process," "Printed," "Packed," "Dispatched," or "Completed" are not eligible for cancellation.

Digital downloads, love stories, romantic printables, and other instantly delivered content are strictly non-cancellable once accessed or emailed.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only provided in specific situations:
- Product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order
- Product is significantly damaged during transit
- Delivery fails due to internal error on Kissypink.com’s side

Refunds will not be given in these cases:
- Personalized items (custom names, messages, photos, etc.)
- Anonymous deliveries (except if not delivered)
- Digital products accessed/downloaded
- Errors made by the customer in input (name, message, photo, etc.)

For eligible add-on products such as gifts, flower bouquets, chocolates, or other physical items:
- If found damaged or undelivered, you may request either an exchange or refund
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging must be provided

Once a refund or exchange is approved, the refund value will be:
- Credited to your Kissypink account as Free Cash or Store Credit, OR
- Refunded to your original payment method, based on your preference or system capability

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
For physical items (e.g., gift boxes, chocolates, accessories, etc.), we may offer an exchange instead of a refund when:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item was delivered in a visibly damaged condition
Replacement requests are fulfilled based on stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.
FAILED DELIVERIES / INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable, the delivery may fail. In such cases, no refund or re-delivery will be issued. Please double-check your address details during checkout.
EMOTIONAL OR PERSONAL DISSATISFACTION
Due to the subjective nature of emotional and romantic products, we do not offer refunds based on:
- Recipient's emotional reaction
- Perceived quality of content or message
- Misunderstandings between sender and recipient
Refunds or cancellations are provided only for tangible issues, such as damage or delivery failure.
